SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many other international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, local carrier service, and customs restrictions.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $60 to most destinations.

For orders under $60, a flat shipping fee of $4.50 will be applied at checkout.

Any shipping charges shown at checkout will be final for your order.

Order Confirmation

After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your order enters processing.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

For orders containing multiple items, processing time may be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Shipping Times

United States & Canada: 6–10 business days  
Europe: 5–8 business days  
Australia: 8–12 business days  
Other countries: 9–15 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to factors outside our control, including holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

For this reason, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for every order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email dede@minemega.com within 24 hours with the subject line: CANCEL.

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at dede@minemega.com as soon as possible.

If we are notified within 24 hours of purchase, we may be able to update the address before the order is shipped.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all items to help prevent damage during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at dede@minemega.com and include:

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item

Once we receive this information, we will review the issue and help with a replacement or another suitable solution.
