If your tracking says Delivered but you haven’t found the package yet, please click the carrier name or tracking number in the tracking details above.

Many carriers provide Proof of Delivery details, such as a delivery photo, porch or mailbox location, GPS area, or delivery note. This often helps you quickly find where the parcel was placed.

2. Check POD details Look for a delivery photo, note, or delivery location.
3. Check nearby places Check your porch, mailbox, side door, mailroom, or neighbors.

Why does my tracking say “Label Created” with no updates?

This is common in the early stage of shipping. Tracking begins when the label is created, but public carrier scans may appear a little later. Your package may still already be moving through the shipping network.

Does “Label Created” mean my order has not shipped?

Not necessarily. It often means the parcel is in transit between shipping partners, and the next public scan has not appeared yet.

When will I see the next update?

Tracking usually updates again when the local carrier scans the package. During busy periods or carrier handoffs, this may take a few business days.

My tracking hasn’t changed for several days. Should I worry?

A short pause is normal. If there has been no new tracking update for more than 7 business days, please contact us and we’ll gladly help check it for you.

What if my order says delivered but I still can’t find it?

Please check the carrier’s official tracking page first for Proof of Delivery details, then check nearby delivery areas. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll help review the delivery information with you.

My order is a gift. Will it still arrive safely?

Yes. Every MineMega order is carefully prepared and packed before shipping. Tracking may be quiet for a little while, but your package is still moving through the delivery process.
