I was very pleased with the item but when I inquired about when it would ship I was told the next day. They didn’t print a label for three more weeks and then it still didn’t ship for another 2 weeks. These are really poor practices in customer service!! I told the woman who was communicating with me that she very obviously lied to me and her response was no response at all. She never answered any subsequent emails either. I’m very unhappy!!
